West of Denerau, Malolailai is 45 minutes by ferry or 10 minutes by plane. The island’s crystal-clear waters offer some of the best snorkelling, sailing, kayaking, scuba-diving, surfing and deepwater fishing in Fiji. There are two scuba-diving operations on
Malolailai Island and many boats available for charter to enjoy the copious water activities, or to island-hop to one of the nearby resorts. Close at hand are three of the most famous Fijian surf breaks - Cloudbreak, Namotu and Wilkes Passage.
Malololailai Island, Fiji also hosts three resorts which can be reached by easy flat walks from the house, of between five and twenty minutes.
